Irvandy Syafruddin is a Berlin-based crossover print and digital Art Director with an eye for detail and love of typography. He studied communication design at the University of Art and Design Halle Saale (Burg–Giebichenstein) and has worked as a freelancer in print and digital since 2006. He is currently working as an Art Director (Graphic) for a Berlin based communication agency, Ruska, Martín, Associates. www.ruskamartin.de
During his workshop on february 2014, students createda B-ZINE
Re-telling local stories.
The goal of the workshop was visualize their chosen story through typography, illustration or photography. Student will developed and interpreted their story using manual collage to re-tell the story from a different perspective.
Then the finished story-collage was digitalized and printed as a Zine (Black & White in A5 format) to present at the exhibition on the final day.
